When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described. You can contact us via Email through our contact us form to resolve the problem. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with with us where it’s applicable.

Scope of Guarantee

The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.


You can submit refund requests up to 5 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the contact us page or refund request tab in in your site account profile here. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order. 


Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received or confirmed delivered at the provided addresses, unfortunately, we can’t accept your a return or exchange request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale Items (if applicable). Only regular priced items are eligible for a return, unfortunately sale items can not be returned.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests

Make sure you include all relevant documentation, these are proof of purchase, and a receipt. This is to help us assist you faster and agree on the shipping method and how we will pay you back the shipping fee.
